Yes — 5 business days from kickoff. Kickoff starts only once three things are done: your strategy call is complete, you've sent us everything we need (logo, photos, text), and your balance is paid. If any of that is delayed, the clock simply pauses until we have it — your delays don't count against the 5 days. Because we build this way every week, the process is fast and predictable.
